At CrossFit 516 we provide education, exercise and mentorship so that you can reclaim an active lifestyle and the confidence to live a life you will love!

 

Phase 1: Discovery

Schedule your free discovery call with one of our professionals. The purpose of this call is for us to learn if we are a good fit to help you by asking questions and answering yours. If we are the perfect fit to help, we’ll book an in-person consultation. If not, we will make a local referral to another trusted professional.

 

Phase 2: Consultation

During your free consultation, we will revisit goals, assess ranges of motion, deliver pertinent educational content, and begin crafting your custom plan to accomplish your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.

 

Phase 3: Assess

During your first 2-4 weeks you will work 1 on 1 with a professional to create a list of success metrics, and your custom exercise prescription.

 

Phase 4: Develop

During this phase, you will continue to work 1 on 1 with our professional team to gain confidence and competence in 4 key areas:

1. Moving safely, effectively, and efficiently

2. Reading and understanding exercise programming

3. Improving lifestyle factors that directly impact goal achievement

4. Understanding our primary principles as well as the foundations of recovery, capacity & exercise

 

Phase 5: Flowstate

Once you achieve freedom of movement and no longer need 1 on 1 sessions, you can join our group sessions. During these sessions, a professional is actively ensuring that everyone is receiving coaching, cueing, correcting, and feedback so you’re never left wondering “Am I doing this right?” This phase includes monthly mentorship meetings with your lead professional to discuss progress, review relevant education, and reassess as needed.
