Happy New Year everybody!

We are looking forward to making 2022 a very exciting year full of some cool events and tons of opportunities to win some sweet prizes all year long!

We are so excited for the all the changes coming to 516, from new coaches, some new fun equipment, long time concepts finally coming to fruition and even bringing back some thing we we started in 2020!

So first we are officially bringing back the COMMITTED CLUB for 2022!!

For those of you who were not here in 2020 of need a refresher on how it will work..

The committed club is an attendance based recognition and reward system to get you consistently showing up each month. It will be broken up into monthly milestones with rewards along the way. In order to achieve committed club status, you will have to attend at least 14 classes during each calendar month. At the end of each month, we will recognize those individuals who have attended at least 14 classes during EACH of the coinciding calendar months.

WINNERS:

At the beginning of each month, we will recognize the prior month’s committed club. All members of the committed club for that month will be entered into a raffle to win some sweet prizes. Example: Everyone who attends at least 14 classes from January 1 to January 31 will be recognized as a member of the committed club for January and will be entered into the January raffle to win anything from Swag, Date Night gift cards, to CF516 credit that can be used towards anything from apparel, beverages, or put towards your membership .

TUESDAY:

B)

20 Minute AMRAP:
50 Sit ups
35 Wall balls
20 Burpees

WEDNESDAY:

For time:
100/80 Calories on any machine

40 Burpees over bar
30 Box jump overs
20 Pull ups

THURSDAY:

150 Thrusters (115/75)
*One partner works at a time
**At the top over each minute both partners complete 4 burpees, you may not continue thrusters until both partners finished their burpees

FRIDAY:

4 Rounds for time:
30/20 Calories on any machine
20 Clean and jerks (75/55)
10 Box jumps overs (24/20)
