NEW SCHEDULE CHANGES!!

Here are the new changes we made to the schedule.

Thursday evening classes will be KB with Coach Lucas.

Olympic Lifting will be moving to 8:30am

CrossFit will be at 9:30am

Another BIG change you will see will be in our coaching staff!!

20 Weighted walking lunges

30 Second Handstand hold (on wall)

10/10 Windmills

18 Minute AMRAP:

20 DB snatches

15 Toes to bar

10 Box jump overs

THURSDAY:

A)

6 Rounds:

10 Up right rows

10 Strict presses

30 Double unders

2 Rounds: (2 Minute rest btw)
