5 sets: (2 minutes recovery btw sets)

Squat clean 1.1.1 (3 singles with a full 7-10 sec rest btw each squat clean)

*the goal is to go as heavy as possible

B)

12 Minute AMRAP:

(perform as a complex laying flat on the floor.)
